Mat Pilates will return Friday, September 14th at 8:30 under a new format.
A six week Mat Pilates Class will be offered
September 14th through October 17th at 8:30am
Everyone must pre-register and pre-pay
The cost is $75 for six classes
There must be 5 persons registered to run the class and there will be no make-ups

September 7th, no Mat Class
The Studio will be closed September 3rd for Labor Day. Tuesday, September 4th we are open regular hours. We will also be closed Wed., Thus., Fri., Sat., Sun., Sept. 5th, 6th 7th, 8th & 9th. Doree and Colleen will be attending IDEA Mind Body Convention in Palm Desert.
There will not be a mat class on Friday 8/10/2007 at 8:00 AM. The mat class schedule will resume as usual next week.
