<p><strong><span style="color: #0099ff;">Join Colleen  &amp; Kelly, Doree &amp; Alisse and hopefully more  mother-daughter duos on Saturday morning, May 8, for a Mat Pilates  workout. Invite your daughter or your mother to our first annual  Mother-Daughter Pilates Mat class. We  would like to offer the class at 9  a.m. but since some of the daughters are teenagers, we may need to push  the start time later.We would like the youngest participant to  be at  least 13, and the eldest to be able to handle the workout. </span></strong></p>
<p><span style="color: #33cc00;"><strong>If  you have  any questions about age or ability, please contact Colleen or Doree.  Contact  Alisse to register: the cost of the hour workout will be $20 for  each pair.</strong></span><strong></strong></p>

<p><span style="color: #00cc00;"><strong>Come join Andrea for two fantastic Stability Chair classes on Friday, March 12 and Friday, April 9 at 10:30 a.m. for both classes. In these classes, you will have the opportunity to test your individual strength. In addition, you will have the chance to experience the Pilates concepts on a versatile piece of equipment that focuses on the lower body as well as stability of the whole body. Must be a strong <em>intermediate for the second class.</em></strong></span></p>
